How do I keep track of my order?

How long does it take you to deliver within Germany?

  • After processing, we usually deliver within 3 to 7 business days. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, not including weekends and holidays.

Do you ship for free?

  • Our Free Shipping policy says that all orders within Germany get free shipping.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

What is your policy for returns?

  • Our Return & Refund Policy lets you return items that are unused and in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Will you take exchanges?

  • No, we don't let people exchange things directly. Please place a new order and send back the original item according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Who pays for the shipping back?

  • You pay for shipping if you change your mind and want to return the item. Nuvacosmetic pays for the return shipping if the item is broken or not working.

Taking care of and proving the authenticity of a product

Are your goods real?

  • Yes, all of the products that Nuvacosmetic sells are real and come from reliable sources.

Can I test or try out a product before I use it?

  • We only take back items that are still in their original packaging and have not been used for hygiene reasons. You can't return them after you've opened or used them.

What do I do if the product gets here broken?

  • Please get in touch with our support team right away. We will help you with the return process and set up a refund or replacement according to the Return & Refund Policy.
