We at Nuvacosmetic believe in clear and safe billing.  This policy tells you how payments are made, when charges are made, and what to do if there are any problems with your bill.

How to Pay

Only PayPal payments are accepted by us.  You can safely finish your purchase with PayPal, even if you don't have a PayPal account. You can also use major credit and debit cards through PayPal's checkout system.

When to Send a Bill

As soon as you confirm your order, your payment will be charged.  After the transaction is finished, you will get an email confirmation with a summary of what you bought.

Prices and Money

Prices on https://nuvacosmetic.com are all in U.S. dollars (USD).  The price you see at checkout is the total you will have to pay.  There are no extra costs or hidden fees, other than taxes and shipping fees that are clearly shown before you check out.

Taking Payments

PayPal is a PCI DSS-compliant payment platform that meets the highest standards for data protection and encryption. It securely processes all transactions.  Most transactions are confirmed right away, but depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take one to two business days to process.  PayPal keeps all of your financial information safe and encrypted during and after the transaction.

Payments That Didn't Go Through

Your order won't be processed if your payment doesn't go through.  You can:

  • Try making the payment again using the same or a different method, or
  • If there are problems with getting permission or having enough money, call your bank or card provider.
  • Your order will be automatically canceled after a short wait if the payment can't be processed successfully.

How to Stay Safe and Follow the Rules

SSL encryption protects all transactions on our website, and they all meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).  Nuvacosmetic does not keep or have direct access to your full payment information because PayPal handles all of this securely.

Returns and chargebacks

Our Return and Refund Policy tells you when you can get your money back.  Refunds that are approved will always go back to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.

PayPal will look into the chargeback and may get in touch with both the customer and Nuvacosmetic to work things out.  We ask that customers get in touch with us first before starting a chargeback so we can help them quickly with any billing issues.
